There are two ways to block abusive & fraudulent customers.
You can block an abusive and fraudulent customer by going to the ‘Refunds’ page and searching for the transaction in question. On the right side of each transaction, you’ll see a column called ‘Actions’ with a three dot icon. Click this icon and select ‘Block customer’ from the drop down menu. This will add the customer's email and phone number to a ‘Deny list’.
Alternatively, you can go to the main navigation menu and select Settings>General and you’ll see your accounts ‘Deny list.’ From here you can add and remove customers directly on the ‘Deny list.’ You can also bulk import your own list of customers you wish to block or export your existing list.
