How do I download dispute docs to show proof of a Better Refund™?

You can download dispute docs by going to the ‘Refunds’ page and searching for the transaction in question. On the right side of the transaction, you’ll see a column called ‘Actions’ with a three dot icon. Click that icon and select ‘Dispute docs’ from the drop down menu. This will download a PDF document that you can use to show proof of a Better Refund™.
