In addition to our Refund API, we’ve provided access for customer service leaders to manually issue refunds or courtesy credit (to appease any myriad of customer issues) from within the merchant portal. This can be managed directly from the portal dashboard.
Select ‘Refund’ to issue better refunds on existing purchases. Select ‘Courtesy’ to issue customers credit for any reason you choose (i.e. shipping delay, customer inconvenience). Please note that manual disbursements of value settle immediately and are not contingent on return shipments (as would be the case when using our Refund API).
