Who is responsible if the return package is lost in shipment?

Merchants are responsible for their relationship with their shipping company and would deal directly with them for any shipping issues. This doesn’t have anything to do with TodayPay. We are only a payment provider focused on issuing better refunds to consumers to deliver a positive return experience, and to help merchants increase sales, avoid chargebacks and negative reviews.
