Our online return policy imposes a flat fee for all returns. Can TodayPay deduct these fees from the refund?

Yes, we are able to deduct a return fee from each refund, as long as the fee is consistent with your published return policy. Once set, this fee will be deducted from every customer refund issued by TodayPay.  To adjust these settings, go to the main navigation menu and select Settings>General. Select the edit icon for the ‘Return fee’ to make any changes.
